Stainless steel low-speed rotary pumps with flexible impeller; particularly suitable for transfer of delicate, fragile and viscous fluids, also with solid parts in suspension.

Operating features and benefits

Pump principle - The flexible impeller vanes deform slightly to pump the liquid inside the pump and move it to the discharge port at a stedy flow rate.This principle combines gentle pumping with a high self-priming action.


  • Self-priming (automatic priming of the product up to 6 m even from dry start-up).
  • Reversible operation (the pump can operate in both rotation directions, which permits return of excess liquid without any manual intervention, and also allows easy emptyng of pipes on completion of liquid transfer).
  • Excellent priming action even at a low revolutions, which allows the transfer of soft and fragile fluids with viscosities up to 50.000 cp, or with solid particles in suspension, without causing air-locking, avoiding emulsifying or damaging particles.
  • Smooth steady pumping action of the product without pressure spikes (even flow rate ideal for filling, dosing or filtration).
  • The pump can work in all mounting positions.

The easy mounting principle, the multiple choice of production materials and the Quality System procedure applied throughout production, allow us to offer a wide, versatile and customized product range. Every pump range can be produced with different impeller types, mechanical gasket, couplings and in numerous executions, which are: bare shaft pump; coaxial motorized pump (with electric or orbital hydraulic motor); with gearmotor; with pulley (on trolley or base); with mechanical speed variator or with frequency converter.

Liquid ring pumps, selfpriming and reversible, suitable for the transfer of clear liquids, without any solid parts in suspension. The pumps are available both made of stainless steel AISI 316 and bronze.

Operating features

The star impeller, grazing the pump head and the front cover, creates a suction pressure which allows the transferring of the liquid which goes, by the load port, from the inlet chamber to the discharge port and then to the outlet chamber.

Oil-Sealed Rotary Vacuum Pumps
Construction
Oil-sealed rotary pumps are widely used as an economical pump to compress gases whose pressure ranges from atmospheric pressure up to 0.13 to 1.3 ×10-2Pa and then exhaust them into the air. SR and SRP pumps (rotary plunger type) consist of a cylinder, rotors, piston, slide pins and exhaust valves while SVC and SGR pumps (sliding vane rotary vacuum pump) consist of rotors, vanes, vane springs and exhaust valves

Principle of operation
When the rotors, which are fixed to shafts, are rotated, a space emerges inside the pump cylinder and its volume gradually increases. As a result, outside gas is introduced into the space in the cylinder through the suction port.
As the rotors are further rotated, the gas in the spaces between the cylinder and the piston, and between the cylinder and the vanes, is moved to another space, where the gas is compressed and then exhausted through the exhaust valve into the oil tank.

Construction
The main body of a water- ring pump consists of a circular casing and an impeller, where the impeller is centered a little offset from the center of the casing.

When the impeller is rotated in the casing with a due amount of sealing water added in the casing, the sealing water, which is greater in the specific gravity, is pressed against the inner wall of the casing by the centrifugal force, making a concentric ring as shown in the diagram. Utilizing the changing volume of the space surrounded by the inner wall of the sealing water ring and the impeller blades as the impeller turns, the pump performs actions of intake, compression, and delivery continuously, with the gas coming and going through the suction and exhaust ports provided in the side wall or inner wall of the impeller. Rotation of higher speed can attain more efficient exhaust. In addition, the sealing water functions as the seal so that sucked gas will be positively exhausted.
Features
Owing to the sealing water, the pump can exhaust even flammable gases and corrosive gases. The water-sealed structure is very suitable for exhausting gases containing water vapor (or steam) and/or water droplets. As the pump is designed in two stages, it exerts high performance at a pressure of 3 ×104Pa or lower

Construction
Two shafts are placed in parallel, to which two balanced cocoon-shaped rotors are fixed respectively, and they are driven by a motor. As the rotor is rotated, the gas coming in through the suction port is trapped in the space between the casing and rotors, and then exhausted continuously through the exhaust port, producing vacuum in an efficient manner.

Selection of second-stage pump
A mechanical booster pump is not designed to compress and discharge the gas to the atmospheric pressure. Its performance varies with the type and performance of the second-stage pump. Therefore, it is essential to select a second-stage pump most suitable to the required purpose when to construct an exhaust system that uses a mechanical booster pump.
  • To select a pump, assume the exhaust capacity of the second-stage pump to be 1/2 to 1/10.
  • Select a large-capacity pump for the pressure of the case of continuous running at relatively high operation pressure and select a small-capacity pump for the pressure of the case of continuous running at low operation pressure.
  • Utilizing the advantage of performance of oil-sealed rotary pump and water-ring pump, select an oil-sealed rotary pump for the second-stage pump for operation at high vacuum, and select a water-ring pump for exhausting a massive volume of condensable gas at low vacuum.

SINGLE SCREW CONTINUOUS PRESSES
Single screw continuous presses suitable for pressing freshly picked grapes, crushed stemmed grapes and fermented husks, also employed to estract juice or liquids from wet fibrous products. All models are actioned by a threephase electric motor.

The rotation speed of the screw, obtained by a gearbox, is between 11 and 12 Rpm for models 250 and 300, while for models 350 and 400 a speed variator reduces even more the rotation of the screw from 3 to 9 Rpm. All parts in contact with the product (cage cover, cage, screw conveyor, hopper) are made of stainless steel, except for the the screw and the maltese cross which are mode of antiacid bronze. The cage is made of longitudinal trapezoidal shaped bars with a minimun slot of 0.5 mm large.

The pressure regulation of the outgoing mass of husk is made manually by a handwheel. All press types are manufactured according to the CE standards and are equipped with all necessary protection parts and a control panel for the emergency stop of the machine.

Since neither sealing liquid nor oil is necessary, it is suitable for applications of pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor which require the cleanliness of products. SMB-RP Model

According to operational pressure and exhaust time, the most suitable combination can be suggested. It realizes to obtain high vacuum at low cost.

SMB-WP Model

Using a number of mechanical booster pumps and air ejctors, the ultimate pressure at 1 Pa can be obtained, which is impossible to meet with a signle water ring vacuum pump. At the same time, vapor or organic solvent can be steadily exhausted.

a) Water Treatment
Blowers are used to purify water and stir up sediment at water treatment plants.

b) Incinerators
Blowers enhance combusion efficiency and promote the removal of exhaust gases.

c) Cleaning of Pipes
Blowers can be used to remove dust and iron particles when piping is replaced or periodically checked.
They can also be used to supply various kinds of coating material to the interior of pipes.

d) Air Blower
Here blower is used to blow off drops of water clinging to surfaces of cans, bottles, machine parts, etc. Air blowers can also be used as sources of cooling or drying air.

e) Plating Bath
Plating quality can be enhanced by using a blower to circulate electroytes in the plating bath to give the plating a more uniform thickness. Here blowers serve as the source of air supply.

f) Ozonizer
This blower is used as the air supply source for a high-concentration ozonizer.

g) Snow Machine
Ski resorts use blowers for pneumatic transport with artificial snow machines.

h) Atomization of Detergent
Blowers conserve energy at car washes by atomizing water and detergent.

i) Paper Feed for Printers
Air discharged from blowers facilitates the separation of sheets of paper as well as their distribution in neat piles after printing.

j) Frozen Food
Blowers are useful in the stirfreezing of frozen foods in water.

k) Oxygen Supply for Aquafarms
Aquafarms producing all sorts of fish and shellfish use blowers to oxygenate and circulate the water in tanks. Blowers are also used for Aquariums and live fish tanks.

l) Sand blasting
Provides a concentrated blast of air for use in sandblasting.

m) Airlift Pump
Bubbles formed by air jet lift water through the pipe by reducing the specific gravity of sewage.

n) Press
Blower is used for lift when removing molded products from the press.

o) Medical treatment bath
Blowers supply the air that creates the whirlpool in a jacuzzi hot tub. Many health centers and other facilities have introduced whirlpool baths for their therapeutic effects.

p) Back washing
Blowers are useds to optimize filter and filter material performance by backwashing.

q) Drying Line

Used to vacuum dry the moisture.

d) Leak Test
Can be used in test of airtightness.

e) Vacuum Packing of Food
Vacuum packing keeps foods such as meat and vegetables fresh.

f) Freeze Drying
Freshness and quality of vegetables and other foods can also be preserved by freezing the foods in tanks under vacuum condition.

g) Sterilization Apparatus
Our pumps are used as vacuum sources in sterilizers.

h) Concentration/Distillation
In these processes. Liquids are made more concentrated by evaporation, or the vapor produced is cooled and returned once again to liquid state.

i) Adsorbtion Conveyance
Adsorbtion conveyance by vacuum pump is well suited to heavy materials such as steel plates and easily breakable materials such as glass. Energy savings are promoted by the elimination of gipping operations.

j) Particle Transport
Used in the conveyance of rice, wheat, soybeans, resin pellets, etc.

k) Soil Remediation
Used in the decontamination of soil and groundwater.

l) Combustion Gas Recovery
Also used in the desulfurization of high-temperature combustion gas and flue gas.

m) Vacuum Molding
Roots-type vacuum pumps are used as vacuum sources for vacuum molders used with resins, etc. (trap attached).

n) Vacuum Defoaming
Product quality is improved for chemicals and pharmaceuticals by using a Roots-type vacuum pump to remove air bubbles by defoaming under vacuum.

o) Impregnation
In this setup, our pumps first produce a vacuum in the tank and then supply high pressure to facilitate the impregnation of parts with liquid or gases.

p) Experiments in space Environment
Dry vacuum pumps can be used to create a "space environment" on Earth by producing a vacuum state within a space chamber.

q) PSA
This configuration shows a blower used in combination with a vacuum pump.

r) Heat Treatment
Reaction furnaces for heat treatment need to be airtight so that no oil or air will become admixed with the reactants. Roots-type vacuum pumps can meets this need.

Three-lobes root blower
Initially, nearly all blowers were the two-lobed type.
Because production was difficult though it was low noise, low vibration, and highly efficiency, the three-lobed type was not produced.
Anlet mass-produced the blower of three-lobed type for the first time in Japan with a special tool to acquire the patent.

ANLET   VACUUM PUMP

1) Easy maintenance and disassembly facilitated by upper and lower split casing design.

2) The multi-stage rotor is formed from a combined rotor and shaft assembly and is able to achieve strong vacuums down to 0.1 Pa.

3) Using three-lobes roots type rotors, we minimize noise and vibration with properly balanced rotor motion.

4) No lubricants are required in the pump chamber: because there is no oil flow-back towards the high vacuum conditions, you get a clean vacuum.

5) The shaft is sealed with a dry seal.
6) No oil mist is discharged from the pump; this minimizes both environmental impact and health risks to the pump operator.

7) Operation can begin from atmospheric pressure and remains stable over a broad range of pressures.

8) There is no wear because there is no contact between lobe surfaces: continuous long-term operation is possible and maintenance is also easy.

9) Condensate can be drained and recovered.

10) The simple design gives you outstanding durability.

ANLET   THREE LOBES BLOWER

1) The three-lobes blower with endless casing offers a vertually no noise,no vibration operation.

2) There is no oil mixing,so the air obtained is clean,with no spraying of oil mist to soil the environment.

3) The rotor and shaft have been combined as a single unit,and because there is no wear,the performance of the blower does not change over time,permitting long-term continuous operation.

Vacuum Systems

Rotary vane vacuum systems are available in a multitude of configurations: Simplex

tank mount, Duplex tank mount, as well as Triplex, and Quadruplex stack mount systems.

LIQUID SEPARATOR

The liquid separator is designed and will be served as protection from condensate and liquids on the suction side of vacuum pumps.

Three different types of liquid separators are available to the applications: Auto drain type during the operation without stopping the process with level switch and solenoid controls, Auto drain type through by pass with compressed air when the liquid level is full.




Vacuum Booster 
Wonchang B Series vacuum boosters are positive. Displacement, roots-type blowers intended for use in Conjunction with a mechanical backing pump.

The B booster pumps have a simple weighted By pass design that allows start-up from atmosphere.

The design has the following advantages:

Pump-down times cut by up to 50%
Reduced capital and operating costs
NO pressure sensors, special drives or leaking seals.
Can operate continuously at all pressures when used with a backing pump.

The bypass design allows the booster to be started at the same time as the backing pump (at atmospheric pressure) as it prevents motor overload. The B booster pump therefore assists the pumping process from the start of pump-down.
